A new addition to the Battlefields and
Tri-Shores Council Camps - each camp has a tub of 31 program activity
kits. Each activity kit explains an activity, provides most of the
materials, indicates which section it is geared for and outlines any
badge requirements the activity meets.
Please note that kits 9,15 & 26 are
not currently available as they are still being developed.
When preparing for your camp weekend,
plan on using some of the fun, learning activities. You can reserve an
activity kit by listing the kit number and name in a details field when
you book your camp.

The booking policy is as follows for any camp which can be booked using this website. Policy: - All booking information has been filled in as required and is correct to your fullest knowledge. - Cancellations: All cancellations must be communicated and approved by the Camp Bookings Administrator through email (swocamps@scouts.ca). Cancellations made before twenty-eight (28) calendar days before the beginning of your booking receive a full refund. Cancellations made twenty-eight (28) calendar days or less before the beginning of your booking are charged the deposit. Cancellations made fourteen (14) calendar days or less before the beginning of your booking are charged the full amount. - Booking Changes: Changes to the date(s) or sites currently booked must be communicated and approved by the Camp Bookings Administrator through email (swocamps@scouts.ca). Changes made before twenty-eight (28) calendar days before the beginning of your booking are free. Changes made twenty-eight (28) calendar days or less before the beginning of your booking are charged the deposit. Changes made fourteen (14) calendar days or less before the beginning of your booking are charged the full amount. - Abide by Scouts Canada's bylaws, policies and procedures. - Scouts Canada reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time without compensation for any reason. |
